Group & Individual Training
Group training is a great way to compete against peers, train with similar players, or be introduced to the game. I develop a program for each group that will hone their strongest skills and improve weaknesses. By communicating with coaches, families, and the athletes, I am able to help groups achieve their goals by creating a plan catered to their needs.
Group training is also a great way to have your whole team get challenging skill development during a practice. Identify areas you want focused on and I will set up a workout for your whole team that accommodates all positions and roles within your team.
